V Magic Malaysia Website Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Becoming a Member
- No fee required for registration of V Magic Malaysia Website Membership.
- Only applicable for V Magic Malaysia Website online purchases.
2. Membership Privileges
- Member is able to collect points from each online purchases, and **pay with points earned to enjoy rebates in next purchase.
3. Membership Points
- Accumulating Points: RM1 = 1 point
- Point redemption: Every 1,000 points can be used as RM10, points must be redeemed in minimum of 1,000 points and can only be used on products rebate for online purchase via V Magic Malaysia Website.
- Details of points program will be updated regularly. Please check with our Customer Service Team for details.
- Point redemption amount will be deducted from the total products purchase amount of the transaction, excluding shipping fee.
- Refund is not applicable for all the transaction with points redeemed.
- Points will expire after one (1) year from first online purchase made. Unused points will expire automatically and point balance will be reset to zero (0).
- Earning and redeeming points for online purchase is valid in V Magic Malaysia Website only.
- Points are non-transferable.
- Expired points will not be reinstated.
- Points earned by different memberships cannot be combined.
- Points accumulation and redemption only applicable for “Customer”, not applicable for other party, such as RESELLERS.
4. Membership Validity.
- Membership will be cardless, no physical card will be issued out for members.
- Membership is valid for whole life after registration online.
- Membership is non-transferable.
5. General Terms & Conditions
- V Magic Malaysia (V Magic Beaute Malaysia Sdn Bhd) shall not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature due to the loss of membership numbers.
- V Magic Malaysia (V Magic Beaute Malaysia Sdn Bhd) reserves the right to verify the identity of the members without notice.
- To check the accumulated purchase amount, please visit V Magic Malaysia website at https://www.vmagicmalaysia.com.my/my-account/, under My Rewards.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of V Magic Malaysia (V Magic Beaute Malaysia Sdn Bhd) shall be final and conclusive.
